1 Introduction

Welcome to myr33 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online sports betting and live casino service accessible at https://myr33.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding rules that apply to every person who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through myr33, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, virtual sports, and any promotional programmes. They are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on myr33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum — no exceptions apply under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with myr33 or any related gambling platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of myr33 or any of its affiliated entities.

myr33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: All registration details must be truthful and current. You must notify myr33 promptly if any registered details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. myr33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• One Account Per Household: In circumstances where multiple individuals at the same residential address wish to register, each person must register separately and complete independent KYC verification. Shared payment methods within a household must be disclosed to support.
• Identity Verification (KYC): You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), a recent proof of address, and a selfie holding the ID. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
• Account Currency: All Accounts operate exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion is not offered.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use. By accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with these conditions at all times.

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or payment systems.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, and you accept sole responsibility for all betting decisions made through your Account.
• You will not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• You will not provide false, misleading, or third-party payment credentials when making deposits or requesting withdrawals.

myr33 monitors Platform activity for irregular patterns. Any Account displaying behaviour indicative of the above prohibited activities is subject to immediate suspension pending investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on myr33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (varies by payment method).
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are credited within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• myr33 does not charge deposit fees. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days. Gold and VIP tier Players receive priority processing.
• myr33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal amounts before processing.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements as set out in Section 7.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

myr33 offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and tier-based incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering / Rollover: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the offer terms. For example, a 15x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets.
• Maximum Bet: When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is RM250 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds must be used and wagering requirements completed within the period stated in the offer (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotional offers cap the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. This limit, where applicable, will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Abuse: myr33 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a promotion has been exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed through the myr33 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. myr33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and game type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by myr33 at any time.
• myr33 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the actual odds at the time of bet placement, the actual accepted odds at the moment of confirmation shall prevail.
• For live (in-play) betting markets, connectivity issues on the Player's side are not grounds for voiding a bet. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before placing live bets.
• Results for sports markets are settled based on official result sources. myr33 uses reputable data providers and reserves the right to delay settlement pending result confirmation where required.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game logs are maintained for audit purposes. In the event of a dispute, the server-side game log constitutes the definitive record.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are expressly prohibited on the myr33 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud: Using stolen, false, or unauthorised payment credentials; impersonating another person; or providing falsified identity documents.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematic exploitation of free bets or reload offers; coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit table game mechanics.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, or any software to automate betting activity without human decision-making.
• Match Manipulation: Betting on events where you have direct or indirect influence over the outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gambling

myr33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their betting activity. We enforce a minimum age of 21 years and actively implement safeguards to prevent and address problem gambling.

The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or be logged out after a defined play session duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding you of time spent and net position.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the myr33 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game mechanics, data structures, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of myr33 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Commercial use of any myr33 branding, data, or content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform software;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of myr33's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions;
• Losses arising from connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that are outside myr33's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay);
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. myr33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

myr33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity;
• Evidence of bonus abuse or collusive play;
• Court orders, regulatory requirements, or requests from law enforcement;
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. myr33 will attempt to contact the registered email before taking action on dormant Accounts.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to the Account balance will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes without findings of wrongdoing, the full balance will be reinstated. If wrongdoing is established, myr33 may apply financial remedies proportionate to the breach, including forfeiture of bonus-derived funds.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following KYC confirmation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

myr33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on record and publish a revised version of these Terms with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request voluntary Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. myr33 will not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to read updated Terms following notification.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, payment, or Account action, you should first contact our support team in writing via email or live chat, providing all relevant Account details and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

myr33's decision on dispute matters is final in all operational matters unless superseded by a competent legal ruling. Server-side game logs and transaction records constitute authoritative evidence in the event of any dispute regarding a Platform outcome.
